Ultra-Fold® TPM provides a layer of protection over old roof problems to help assure long-term performance of the new single-ply membrane. Reclaiming the old roof system provides a dramatic reduction in material and labor costs.

Ultra-Fold TPM is made from moisture-resistant EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam. This lightweight material, along with its fan-fold configuration, allows the installer to cover more square footage in less time.

• Multi-ply, high barrier facers protect EPS from plasticizers given off by PVC roofing membranes
• Closed cell structure of EPS provides long-term thermal performance and moisture resistance
• Classified as roofing protection board under UL 790 for any UL classified PVC membrane
